On this occasion, we are pleased to share with you the interview conducted by Mark Bo with our Director Paulina Garzón, recently published by The People’s Map of Global China. In this conversation, Mark and Paulina discuss the trends and impacts of Chinese financing in Latin America, the huge challenges that Latin American social organizations face in influencing Chinese institutions, and Paulina’s motivations for creating a group that specializes in Chinese investments, environment and human rights in the region.
